An old man who owns the cabin at Jameson Island. He is a solitary man who has seen more in the world than most. He has brown salted beard and hair. He keeps to himself with what seems to be an endless supply of booze. He clearly had been a trader before the darkness descended.
Ashton had used the island as a central position for his trading business. During his time, he had run into the old man, Jameson. He seem to have stuck a deal with the man, but as to what the deal is, no one knows.
As for the people of the island look to him as a leader. He keeps a straight face for having a lot of responsibility placed on him. Though if you ask him personally he will tell you he didn't ask for any of this.
