Ereb-Sala University

Held aloft by a massive airship, this college drifts across the world in order to give students the experience of a lifetime. It is seen as one of the best non-magical schools for all ages, and some esteemed intrapreneurs have graduated from Ereb-Sala. They hail to no country in particular, and the entire airship is seen as neutral territory.

Purpose / Function

The airship is meant to hold the town-sized college, as well as provide transportation for those who need a lift, yet can't quite afford the normal Dorhastian ships. The college itself is used for housing, classes, recreational activities, and meetings. The college's origin stemmed from the rich receiving such schooling away from the common-folk, yet that meaning has changed over time. Now, the school is aimed more towards those from any socio-economic class in hopes of a brighter future.

Sensory & Appearance

There are many things a Ereb-Sala University graduate will remember from their time there. Yet, something that is always brought up when recalling the flying college is the cool breezes, the smell of water and the sound of the ship's engine running around the clock.

Alterations

Not much about the old architecture has changed on the original buildings, yet some extra sites have been added that have the intended purpose of more housing.

Architecture

The buildings are built upon a skeleton of steel frames and fitted with grey marble and stone for the purpose of elegance yet solidity. The architectural skill of the buildings is quite astounding, and for someone on earth, it can be associated with the likes of dark ages- style cathedral buildings.

History

As mentioned prior, the building was originally built for the elites of the world, yet through a century has evolved to something more accommodating. This occurrence happened due to a multitude of reasons- mainly the execution family who owned shares in the college. Unsurprisingly, the owners of Ereb-Sala University needed more money to keep up with the school; hence the loosening of their accepting policy. It all unraveled from there, with student protests and strikes in favor of poverty programs for those less fortunate.
