Rookswood

Rookswood is a small town in an unspecified country in our modern world. It is a beacon for supernatural creatures and events, with the majority of its inhabitants being some sort of magical being, a small community of hunters dedicated to protecting the citizens of the town and maintaining the peace and safety, and a minority of humans who are there for one reason or another. Things are always happening in Rookswood: from ghosts of little kids haunting the local playground to zombie teenagers playing baseball to vampires hunting unsuspecting victims in university grounds tp haunted hotels with a reoccurring fire happening every 20 years.   The series will feature different characters in each story, although there will be recurring characters and everyone is connected to each other in one way or another. Some of the stories happen in The City (placeholder name) but all the characters have Rookswood in common.
