House Azure

The royal house, was ruled by the old Emperor, Jovius Azure II. The Thought Guard were the emperor's personal guard and they are all psionic. The house is rumoured to keep control via mind reading, ESP and thought manipulation. They are not a religious house. This house is based in central Ursum, with its base in the capital of Lucar which lies on the northern shore of the island, on a promontory sticking out into the Inner Sea. Their standard is a huge blue whale on an azure background. This house has fallen into chaos with the recent death of the emperor, though the new First Consul appears to be trying to keep the house intact.
