Autumn Lance Security Forces

One of the top economic generators within 2103 and beyond, is the Private Military Corporations that litter Roanoke. The fleeting remnant Governments which are already largely influenced by massive manufacturing corporations are often protected by experienced Contractors who will sell their skills for a higher wage than the average enlisted soldier.
The Autumn Lance Security Force is no different. Providing operators with intense military or combat experience, the "Lance" tends to abide by International Law and morality by only selling service to larger (and wealthier) nations/corporations that abide by a checklist of fundamentals provided by the Lance.
What started as a small force of experienced contractors led by one man, swiftly grew into a few dozen men, then a couple hundred, then thousands. Today, The Lance is one of, if not, the leading PMC on the planet, generating immense amounts of wealth and skill as their tasks become more frequent and demanded.
They train military units, police units, other PMC's. They provide close protection or large scale garrisons for the defense of cities or privately owned facilities.
Truly, if there was a Corporation to be named the fastest growing and most elite, it would The Lance.

Structure

The Lance tends to organize itself in a Paramilitary fashion with units and formations falling under a typical chain of command. There are several pillars to the organization that have expanded as the years have gone by. The largest and undoubtedly, their domain, is the Security element of the organization.

The Research Element (Named the Minerva Pillar) - Researching emerging technologies and improving on existing ones
The Medical Element (Named the Apollo Pillar) - Making advances in the medical field, specifically in bionics and augments
