Sunrise (Magical Item Type)

Magical items of the Sunrise designation are unique and rare indeed. They can be sets of clothing, weapons, armors, bags, etc. Sunrise items take the form of whatever the bearer will need most for that day. For example, if an individual has a Sunrise Sword, they may need a two-handed great-sword one day because they will be in a mighty battle with a troll; and it might be a bejeweled rapier the next day because they will be in attendance at the Baron's court ball. The owners of Sunrise items never know what they may get from morning to morning and cannot influence the shape the item will have. Sunrise items may retain the same shape for days and days if that is what is needed. Before being claimed by an owner, Sunrise items have the form of the most mundane version of their kind, plain and nondescript.
