Blindclaws

Blindclaws are stooped, thick-skinned, eyeless denizens of the subterranean dark beneath the Dragon's Tooth. They have sharp claws and live in a primitive hunter-gatherer society in their tunnels, which they defend fiercely. They have regular contact with the Dvergar, often resulting in skirmishes when the Dvergar dig too deep. Their skin is a dark purple or albino white; these albinos are often leaders and shamans among them. They have their own rasping, rumbling language, but the leaders know the tongue of the Dwarves. They hunt and track by smell and can feel vibrations in the ground near them; sneaking up on a blindclaw in its tunnels is considered an impossible feat.
