Aberak

Aberak is a small trading outpost governed by a council of four Dvergar lords of the four Great Clans. A mixed population of Dvergar and humans live there, former refugees of the fall of Kher Adain. They live at the sufferance of Arcane Lord Belletheon, who collects taxes from them through one of his factors but otherwise remains distant. They trade with Kiri Starcaller and her tribe of wild folk, as well as with Algadesian merchants from the port city.
