Rise of Innan'Ra

The rise of the Arkatos empire was foreseen within the Six suns mythology.   In the year 20 D.E., the Jaguar Emperor appeared from unknown lands far to the east. He brought to these new lands an ability none could fathom -- the manipulation of the Living Cosmos' Will. This strange, new man promised to teach any who would swear their loyalty to him, swore on the same Will that would allow them to reshape the world. Within weeks, entire clans pledged their very blood to him and, after a scant year, an entire village -- the largest in the region -- was ruled under his power.   It was not enough for him.   The First Tribal War marked the first war of the kingdom, thousands were slaughtered with the power of the Will, and Arkatos' borders expanded to even greater heights. Thus marked the first year of the Reign of the Jaguar Emperor and the end of the Dark Era.   Life was good for this within Arkatos, even those tribes who had refused to fall under the Jaguar King's rule did agree to send tribute, an uneasy peace was found among the larger empire and the smaller clans.   With pain still growing beneath the surface, and the whispers of possible invaders from the land beyond the great Savage Ridge, the mountain ridge which guarded Arkatos' flank, the war machine that had for centuries fallen silent opens one eager eye to the sky.
