The Basic Systems of Rinoa

The Basics:

The world of Rinoa is a World where both Criminals and Bounty Hunters live in-which Criminals are called "Outlaws" and Bounty Hunters are called "Cowboys"! Outlaws steal and cause chaos for many reasons but most do it to be part of the "Leader-board"! Cowboys stop Outlaws mainly for money but they also appear in the "Leader-board"!

The Leader-board:

The "Leader-Board" is a Board that appears on every city and town in the world of Rinoa where it shows the top 500,000 Outlaws and Cowboys in the world! The people who are in the Leader-Board get Popularity and Reputation that can help them as they go through-out their life. The Leader-Board can be a Negative thing as well as some people can try to hunt the people who are in a more better position in the leader-board than those down! The Leader-Board is usually made out of Wood and it is really big. It has paper the size of the wood board on it that shows the top 500,000 people's names, if they are a Cowboy or an Outlaw and what's their position and bounty.

The World of Rinoa also contains another System than the Leader-Board!

The Bird-Delivery System:

The Bird-Delivery System is a system that introduces the idea that each person has their own bird that delivers to them something! That bird will be given a Nickname and can gather items, mail and newspapers. The Bird can also send stuff as well and even be kept as a pet! The Law states that every person in the age of 18+ will have to register at the Post-Office to the system by coming to the Office, choosing a bird and letting it recognize the person's face. People who have children will need to come to the post-office with their children for the Delivery Bird to recognize the Children's Faces.

The World of Rinoa has many Rules and Guidelines that are written and managed by people known as "Kings-men"! The "Kings-men" are said to be the World-Government of Rinoa and is rumored to be managed by 500 Wise People. The "Kings-men" are known to have their own groups of Cowboys known as Special Squads or SS in short.

The World of Rinoa is fairly big and has many interesting things to discover. From Trains to Anti-Spirals and all different kinds of stuff!
