Vis is the life energy produced by all living bodies vital for survival. It is the unique Mana that every living creature possesses. Vis from all parts of the body has a tendency to flow together, producing one mass of energy. This happens unconsciously, with mana burning in the shape of a small fire around the Anima slowly burning slowly and flowing around the body like a second, fiery blood stream.
