The Frozen
The Frozen are the reanimated Husks of those who have perished with the Everfrost plague in their system.
The Plague seems to give them primal strength, making them hit harder and become harder to kill.
The Frozen have special attacks and even cantrips that give them more versatility when attacking their prey. These are presumably given to them from the plague.
Occasionally, newly infected frozen show occasional signs of the people that they once were. This could indicate that the people who once controlled these husks are still in there, somewhere...
Multiattack: Husks get 2 attacks per action
Scratch: +5 to hit, 1d4 slashing damage (DC 12 Con save to resist Everfrost plague)
Claw: +3 to hit, 1d8 slashing damage (DC 14 Con save to resist Everfrost plague)
Bite: +1 to hit (advantage if target is grappled), 2d6 piercing (DC 20 Con save to resist Everfrost plague)
Icy breath (BA): Con 15 save, 1d4 cold, movement halved (if enemy is spotted, The Frozen will scream, attempting to slow their prey's movement)
Icicle shot : -2 to hit, 60ft, 1d6 cold AND piercing
Husks do get benefits depending on race but not class
