Rioyon

Rioyon is a plane created by Thi. Or at least, theoretically Rioyon is a plane created by Thi. Rioyon is regarded to be the plane of dreams. Whenever someone is asleep and finds themselves dreaming, they have actually been transported to Rioyon. Many fundamental rules seem to be different on Rioyon. It is a source point of great interest, as the only known case of planar travel.

Localized Phenomena

For example, people have claimed to travel to Rioyon while sleeping, but there is no physical transportation. No one has ever been recorded to be physically transported from sleep-traveling to Rioyon. This would indicate that some part of the person other than physical can be transported. Perhaps just the mind or soul can travel independently of the body. Perhaps Rioyon still posses great power and instead of the people transporting to Rioyon, the plane is able to travel to the mortals of Rhina. Or perhaps, Rioyon is not real, and enough legends have created a concept in mortal's minds that they are willing to perpetuate.

Many have spoken of the planes and gods, and even the dead, having a physical presence on Rioyon... But who can say what is true. Thus far, Rioyon has not proven to be a real place, or really visiting dreamers. So there is no way to confirm that claims about Rioyon are not pure fabrication. There are several minds working on this problem. However, planar magic has proven very difficult to work with and progress has been crawling slowly for hundreds of years without much progress.
