Through the grasps of the mangrove trees, and standing at the edge of a steep hill, a pond waits at the bottom. The large pond is encircled by the hill, a strange divot in the swampy surroundings. A heat rises from the pond. It's a steep slide down, and the only thing waiting is strangely hot water.
The Devil's Bathtub is small pond in Bazina swamp on the southern coastof Dae. The pond has no river flowing into or out of it, instead staying filled from general run-off and precipitation. While some may seek out the Devil's Bathtub in order to drink some of the water or study it, more commonly, however, one will find a seller with a vial of water from the Devil's Bathtub. Many report that the water has no affect on them. It is unclear if the affect expires after being removed temporally or spatially from the Bathtub, or if the vials are simply frauds.
Additionally, some seem to mistakenly believe that the pond will give them supernatural strength, when all it does it increase violent thoughts.
