Xavier, the Horned Heirophant
A unicorn that was accidentally summoned to the Forest of Burning Leaves by the young sorceress Ylldove Silverpetal in a wild magic surge. He then went on to commit various atrocities in the name of Law. Only a few days later, the Cult of the Horned One was formed around Xavier.
