I greet you all in high spirits, my countrymen and friends! It has been a flurry of meetings and royal procedures since I was crowned only a few months ago, which is why I am relieved to be able to address you all on my own terms for the first time since my coronation. I am very grateful for your warm reception to my reign, and I hope to only improve my image by protecting each of you. This brings me to the subject of today, an important matter that will undoubtedly affect generations to come and may very well correct the fate of our world. This is an affair that has been deliberated on since before I was even made King, and my court has decided that it has been talked of long enough. It is time for the long exchanges of words over the last few years to see the light of day. Current times are threatened by those who would seek what they should not have! Henceforth, from this day onward to whenever the duty is fulfilled, the Red Inquisition shall be!
