Arbiter

A cut above the common Mantle, the rank of Arbiter often entails a soldier who strives to keep their fitness and appearance above their fellows. To become an Arbiter, a Seeker is sent out to fulfil special operations under the command of a senior officer, usually an Arbiter. If the mission is successful, this usually means promotion from Seeker to Arbiter.
