Renúdetla

Prior to the history of Renúdetla, for as long as reasonable time can tell a great war has been waged in the spirit world. When our world was first born and void of life, great spirits escaped to find solace in the flowing rivers and oceans, for others it was solitude in the great mountains. Soon thereafter, more great spirits slipped through to find peace and established the great plains, savannas, forests and jungles. More still defected to our world of all rank and power. Some brought with them their children; many of whose descendants populate the world today.   Eventually, a powerful spirit realized what had been done, and has been charged with bringing the rogue spirits to cull. With his own children and a small order of powerful allies, the spirit broke through to our world and quickly established an empire on a far corner of a continent. Content to sit removed from a mortal world, he set his children and spirits out to collect his bounties, unaware of just how dynamically the spirits presence had changed the world. Unbeknownst to all of them was that the enemy had also found the hidden, mortal world.
