Teluvaer (Tel loo vay ar)

Given as a gift to Emperor T'Ryndiel by Queen Titania of the Seelie Court, Teluvaer is a longbow designed for his needs specifically. In that T'Ryndiel was not one of her Knights, such a gift to a mortal was unheard of. Teluvaer was keyed to him directly, and thus entombed with him.   Teluvaer is good aligned. It can't be disarmed, and can only be used by its master, though it can be handled by anyone with a good heart. It will burn anyone it does not deem worthy of handling it, even through armor or other protective measures. Teluvaer provides its own ammunition, which appears knocked and readied and disappears within one minute regardless of use. This negates the need for a quiver and allows for very rapid firing. The arrows themselves are capable of carrying applied magic significantly further than mundane arrows, and their type can be changed with a command word (barbed, blunt, bodkin, field, etc). It can also fire enchanted arrows, but these must be supplied. In this case, a quiver can be paired with a different command word, and the bow will pull ammunition from the quiver, again eliminating the need to manually nocking.    Arrows fired from Teluvaer are capable of piercing through the veil between any planes the faerie realm touches as opposed to only those on the Prime Material or Ethereal planes assuming the target is plane shifting. A fired arrow will continue to its target even if its target teleports, the arrow simply teleports also and continues its trajectory (again assuming the target has teleported to a location touched by the faerie realm).
