Aspects of the afterlife exist in this world. Angels are born from angels; reapers are heavy sinners who commit suicide. Both party are not always as what human depict them. Reapers have their human memory sealed; they gradually unlock a portion of it as their soul count progress. As ex-humans, reapers have a wider scale of emotion compared to angels. Reapers may have horns, but they are different from demons/devils. Angels are beautiful and naturally charming, but not so in regards to typical behavior and their prone to aggression. Angels are often impulsive and very devoted to their 'beliefs'. If anything, angels hold on very much to their love of human life without regards to the over-growing population. Hells and Heavens are divided based on the region/country, and differ from one another based on original beliefs, etc;. Reapers have a spiritual weapon (often based on personality, past human life, etc) to protect them from harm as there isn't many reapers to begin with. While not easy to die, reapers can perish under certain circumstances and naturally, they have a core which powers them (they are immune to sickness and general things humans are vulnerable to.
