Reliah: The World were Magic Sleeps

Long ago before all of time the Sea of Creation quaked at the birth of the three great gods; Boril, Othyrus, and Jatuul. Each of these divines looked to each other and then to the vastness of the Sea. It is from the sea they pulled the heavens, the stars, and Reliah. It is from these divines that Reliah's people came to be, and it is from the Sea of Creation that her magic takes shape.   The people of Reliah are of eight distinct races. Each of these races with unique cultures and customs, and many with their own languages. From the gently rolling hills of farming towns to the bustling trade kingdoms of the coast and the mighty mountain fortresses that cleave the clouds, Reliah breaths life from every corner.   However, there are secrets beneath the thin veneer of humble homes and charming merchants. As the world breaths, it's heart beats with the magic used to once create it. As the people grow wiser they discover new ways this magic can be used. As more kinds of magic are discovered, the silent arms race to take hold of the very spark of creation grows stronger. The very power that built her may tear Reliah apart, but until then, the spark sleeps.
