Vergil was born a few years before the first human contact war. While he was young his parents died unexpectedly defending the nation of Redil. Vergil being rebellious in his teens created such a criminal record that the upper enforcement group had no choice but to banish Vergil the Isle of the forsaken. They meet Serria, and young dragon-kin girl, and swear to protect her from danger. The Dark Lord's Church recognized Vergil as a warrior and enlisted thier aid in protecting Serria as a priestess of the Dark Lord at the age of twenty-seven.
