The Lion's Paws

The Lion's Paws are a Blood Ball team comprised of Humans and Dwarves with the occasional Tabaxi or halfling joining their ranks. The Lion's Paws wear large paladin-like armour decorated with golden patterns and lion's heads engraved into the shoulder plates. The team captain traditionally also wears a cape of lion's fur. The Lion's Paws are brutal hand to hand fighters who can take a beating but are greatly limited in their speed due to the sheer decadence of their armour. They were one of the first ever blood ball teams to form as the sport was originally created by the Dwarves.

History

The Lion's Paws competed in the first ever stadium tournament of Blood Ball in the year 2784 and have been a prominent name in the sport's history ever since.
