Museum of Unnatural History

The Museum of Unnatural History is a museum on magic and monsters in the centre of Arkun. It was previously owned by Professor Reginald Shoelacey before becoming the head quarters of The Luck and the Pussycats adventuring guild. The Museum is mainly run by the clockwork robot Tinker who acts as a kind of butler and museum attendant.

Purpose / Function

The Museum of Unnatural History is one of many tourist attractions in the city of Arkun. It is a large Gothic building housing exhibits on all things magical and unusual in Winval. It has exhibits on:

Strange and exotic monsters and beasts
cursed or magical artefacts
ancient civilisations
unexplained phenomena
the history of magic
weapons of great power
curses and hexes.

It now also serves as the headquarters of the Luck and the pussycats adventuring guild.

Alterations

When ownership was transferred to Luck and the pussycats many old offices and closed off rooms were renovated to create a functioning base for the adventuring guild such as living quarters, an armoury and office space for the guild members should they choose to use them.
