Duke Nicholas Wayne was born in New Austin in 1861, he was born just outside of tumbleweed when his Mother and Father were on their way there after his Mothers water broke.
Duke's family would move to Strawberry when he was 3 in 1864. Dukes father would work at the post office where he would give people their mail. Dukes Mother stayed home and took care of Duke.
In 1869 when duke was 8 is Father took him on a fishing trip at Owanjila when four men stood up the cart, the four took all of Duke and his Fathers things and their money. Duke's Father began to teach Duke to defend himself starting the day after.
