Cecilia

Cecilia is an old halfling woman the owner of Teacups and Titties, a Bed and Breakfast in Pelipuran. One of her only regular patrons, Jezaia, has a huge crush on her, not that she has noticed at all. She barely ever leaves the BnB because she is the sole owner/employee so she's constantly busy. Her BnB decor is quite strange in the Archipelago - she loves small porcelain creatures and has adorned the whole place with them, as well as lacy, floral, "grandma" style motifs. She also enjoys highly experimental cooking - she invents exotic (British) foods, none of which are remotely common in the Archipelago. Completely unbenownst to her, several of her porcelain trinkets are magical items, but she just thought they were cute when she acquired them.
