The Great Beast of Tortluen

Back in the ancient days, when the rules had yet to be established, there lay the small town Tortluen. This town was raided and robbed by many people in its time, and right as they were about to give up, The Great Beast showed up. The Beast protected them, devouring their foes and protecting their lives. The town eventually was able to fend for itself, and thus so The Great Beast left, its purpose fulfilled. It is said, that to this very day, The Beast lies in wait for someone to need its aid. But we all pray that The Great Beast, The Great Wolf Metis, continues its slumber, so the world never reenters its prior state of war and flame.
