Shark beastkin.

The sharks are a race that almost no one knows exists. With their gills, they live entirely underwater and have not left at all. It wasn't always this way, they used to live on land with the rest of the species, but when a minor war against the harpies went sour, they turned desperate and dove into the oceans, praying to the elementals for survival. The elementals heard their plea, and granted them gills.
Shark beastkin have a similar appearance to other beastkin, but they possess an extremely smooth skin, and their tails and ears have a wide variety, albeit the latter is often quite pointy.
While the true leader of the sharks is Wulfhilda, their empire is compromised of several self sufficient cities and towns.
