Elocutor

As skilled orators and diplomats, Elocutors put their talents to work as ambassadors of the Azorius Senate to the other guilds as well as to the citizens of Ravnica themselves. There are many different factions, guilds, businesses, organizations, charities in Ravnica so the Senate picks its absolute best to represent them to others. Elocutors travel both inside and outside of Azorius territory to settle trade or territorial agreements, confirm temporary or even permanent alliances, and things of that nature. Those that are higher up on the bureaucratic ladder might use their Elocutor training to convince senators or lobbyists to vote for a certain interest while Elocutors on the lowest end of the spectrum might be assigned to something as simple as hand delivering an important piece of legislation.

Well recognized and awarded Elocutors can be promoted to the rank of Scribe or Emissary
