Kima Marlow
Kima Marlow is secretly working within the Dimir at the same time as the Azorius. Her Dimir contact, Jezzabel, feeds her a steady supply of information in exchange for preforming some special courier services to them. In this way they help each other. Jezzabel's information brings criminals to justice and Marlow's services help spread Jezzabel's information network.
Investigator Marlow is a certified official within the Senate. Leading teams of soldiers and lawmages to root out the most insidious criminals in Ravnica, Investigators are trained in all manner of investigation and deduction to put an end to the vain attempts of criminals to shield themselves from the eyes of the law.

Marlow will often curl a finger just below her bottom lip when she is deep in thought. She also has a tendency to stare daggers into anyone who finds themselves unlucky enough to be interrogated by her.
This sly and informed member of the Azorius seems to be an investigator of some sort. She seems like the type to keep as many secrets as she is likely to uncover. Whether she follows the orders of the Azorius blindly, or merely uses them to fulfill personal objectives is impossible to know.
