The Bitter End

A tavern in the south end of the Merchants’ Promenade.

Purpose / Function

A den filled with cheap beer and cheap talk. Looking for an unsavory individual or a bit of underworld gossip? Chances are you can find someone who knows something at the Bitter End.

Alterations

The Bitter End has four different bolt holes set up for when those members of the city watch who aren’t paid off come digging around. There are also a pair of private rooms off of the main tavern for private conversations of business.

Architecture

The building is built in a kind of half-basement. Stone walled exterior with wooden interior walls allow for the construction of bolt holes and secret passage to the upstairs shop.
