The Athenaeum

The mage Edarin the Erudite built the Athenaeum during the last years of Good King Whalen’s reign and established it as a kind of public library. While the mage asn’t been seen publicly since Howle the Usurper became king, the Athenaeum remains open to the citizens of the Tentowns.
Despite the mage being unseen for decades, new written works appear once or twice every year, so it is believed that the mage still lives.

Purpose / Function

The Atheneaum was established by Edarin the Erudite as a place of learning for the education of the people of Haven.
