Geography

The wood sits within a small hilled plain that lowers itself down to the banks of the great Sea of Rundoon, trees that seem both dead and teeming with life dot this thickly covered forest, the brambles seemingly unaffected by the changing of the seasons nor by the shifting of the winds. No sand washes up along the banks of the sea, nor is there a footpath in sight through these woods.

Fauna & Flora

Animals are rarely seen on the outskirts of the wood, though when they are it is but a fleeting glimpse of a black-purple shadow that barely resembles an animal the likes of ones from outside the wood. There is said to be many dangerous predators from many different plains of existence, the Feywild, the Far Reaches and the Abyss, but those are all just speculations and stories told in the depths of night...
