Humans make up the majority, with a variety of half-elves elves, and tieflings. There is a smaller contingent of Vandle Gnomes, with an even larger population of Bygone Gnomes, which form a slum in part of the city.

Asteris is based primarily around trading, with a lavish market, that acts as a centralized hub near Rakuen for all manner of spacefarers.
