What Forms of Currency Exist?

Raindrops are the currency of this world.
Freshly fallen raindrops contain an element which makes them valuable. This element is currently unnamed, so let's call it "X".
"X" is diluted and destroyed upon contact with the ground, objects, water, or anything at all. Only fresh raindrops containing "X" are considered currency.
