Founding

Emperor Khaseth-Ra settles a city in a southern mesa and begins the reign of the sorcerers.

One of the warlocks from Ravenblood, Emperor Khaseth-Ra decided to leave home to seize his own power outside of the known borders. He settled in a vast and dry southern mesa, where he settled Khasepalia on a plateau surrounded by mountain. The city still stands as a fortress of the Sorcerers.
