Structure
Rhiara is ruled by a King and royal family, who have advisers per each member. The family's word is law, and they enforce this with a specialized but relaxed police force. The family's advisers will often take other roles, such as treasurer for example.
Demography and Population
Rhiara incorporates land co-owned by Querica Cave, and many of Rhiara's inhabitants live in the sea as well as on the islands.
Territories
- Aeganti Island- A small, unassuming island off the coast of the main Isle.
- Anens Island- The third largest island, west of Lemne, nesting the major city of Delphenie.
- Arthali- A warm island surrounded by beach, with the small town of Mercada on the eastern half.
- Colos Island- A rocky island east of the main Isle, housing the town of Pinidrus.
- Dosia Island- The center island of the Trio, linked by a bridge. Possibly threatened by Mount Elos.
- Elos- A volcanic island with a seemingly dormant but ticking volcano atop.
- Enus- The Isle of Tears, home to the small city of Thatria.
- Eryrna Island- The Pink Whale, known as such for its hidden lakes of pink below in the caverns.
- Isle of Rhiera- The Main Isle, home of the Sirens of Rhiara. It is beneath this island that the capital city lies. In the past, it had been inhabited by humans, explaining the presence of the Grimholde Lighthouse.
- Ironharbor- A bustling port island with unnavigable terrain behind the city.
- Kenchra- An island with a hidden trove of sapphire beneath, the namesake for its towns Saphrey and Azuril being under the island.
- Lemne Island- The second-largest island, cohabited and co-owned with Querica Cave.
- Losia- An uninhabited island between Enus and Menae.
- Magne Island- A large island rumored to have originated from the spewings of Mount Elos. The town of Osira rests here.
- Menae- The southern island of the Trio, more stable than either though also in the path of danger from Elos.
- Mytea- An island covered in forest, 20 miles approximately from the shore of Stridia Isle.
- Para Isle- The northernmost island of the Trio. It is the smallest but considerably far enough from Mount Elos as for it to not pose a threat.
- Phiara- A long, thin island outcropping which broke off of Lemne Island. Upon it lies the city of Ithurion.
- Stridia Isle- A protected isle, whence the city of Walrus's Cay sits in its own gorge.
