The first truly modern battle of the Gunpowder Era. Tripartite forces under General Khórr were repulsed by Taergaledians under Lord L'ostav with great loss of life for both parties.

Battle of Tvbéra was fought south of the city proper of Tvbéra, in the open farmlands around where the Haevn-river splits into the local delta. Thems'k Khórr, a greatly beloved captain and leader of men sought to draw the Taergaledian army away from their lines of communication, and bleed them with guerilla warfare, and Fabian tactics-- his noble superiors stonewalled the strategy, and ordered him to engage the Taergaledian army apparently marching to besiege the city of Tvbéra, which, as Khórr put it, was under absolutely no threat from the hostile force, as they were far too few to either assail the walls, or supplied enough to besiege the required amount of time.   The battle was fierce, and even before starting was dubbed 'modern' which drew hundreds of noble spectators, some of whom were soldiers, but only trained in archaic ways of swords and arrows. Dozens of bankers, nobles and other people of note were captured as they were trying to make a hastry retreat with the rest of the army, who did have an entrenched camp, which likely saved the entire army and thus nation from annihilation, as L'ostavian forces were repulsed theirin, upon giving chase.   The battle was notable in that many of the important persons of the coming decades were present, some of them being broken in various ways, such as Lord Harkgan, a lieutenant at the time, and colonel L'ostav, who devised the entire strategy of pulling the Khórrian forces out to do battle instead of truly besieging a hardened fortified city.
