Festival of the two moons
A festival that celebrates the day that king Apollo gave his life to become a new moon to protect the world from the dark moon. The festival has food, drink, activities, and a huge show at midnight.
History
In 1789 King Apollo of the scatter wings had to act fast because of a rapidly approaching moon that threatened all life. He made a spell that is still unable to be recreated to become a new moon and banished the older moon to the sun. ever since, on that day, the entire kingdom would celebrate his sacrifice until the sun rises on the next day.
Execution
Day time: prepare the festival.
Right when the sun starts to set: festival begins.
Midnight: magic and fireworks are to be used.
Sunrise: festival over.
Components and tools
fireworks, moon rolls, lunar candles.
Participants
The royal family like to attend for the whole festival. They will be honored guests since they are related to Apollo.
