Kelmons

Kelmons exists within a tense environment between the Union Empire and the independent societies of Albardlan. This struggle that leaves this town torn between its official national agreeance with the Union Empire, as the the empire does not agree with offering trade to those not involved with the empire. However, the low security and law enforcement in this area has resulted in an unexpected burst of cultures and trade unregulated by the empire, but allowed because of the sheer overwhelming ammount. Unfortunately, this has led to discussion of harsher dictation of crime by agents of the crown, like guards and officers, so inhabitants are on the verge of uprising to avoid this, despite their values of kindness and virtue. It harbours travelers and artisans that usie the culture of trade to share their art, and capitalise of wandering explorers that pass through's requirement for hempen rope. Hempen rope crafted here is some of th finest quality in the world and are notorious for their high exportation of their products by way of the Authority River.    As well as having the strongest and highest quality hempen rope crafted by dedicated artisans in Albardlan and known worldwide for its incredible tensile strength, Kelmons holds a relatively high output of fine wines and ciders with ingredients grown over hundreds of years grown in the nearby cold cilmate vineyards and orchards. Fresh crops are taken here from Messis, like wheats and onions in Gordhyriel and winter lettuce in Oor, and sold at slighty higher prices to those outside the empire who need them. There is also a lucrative and minute blacksmithing business for the crafting of chains, locks, and some weaponry, and a masonry and construction business for the primarily construction of small homes and shalets.   The town features a few notable places. Most importantly, the Kelmons Bazzare in the north features most of the businesses that make Kelmons most well known, like The Invisible Expanse, a small shop offering a variety of small maps of varying detail of the surrounding area and a few magic scrolls of low level and school of Illusion/Divination (i.e. Minor Illusion, Silent Image) ran by an elven woman, Inandra Ganymede, known fondly amongst neighbors despite her wild disposition. There exists pop-up store offering varying clothing to be made, handcrafted by a old, tired gnome, Rinzot Valdaire, of exceptional quality for the setting. Rinzot is known for his craft by various noteworthy members of the Bryntinstadian nobility, Brenbronn nobility and Dickory Dell nobility, as well as having various fans across the region.   Organisations   Crime   Surrounding plant/wildlife
