Thereon is an elf archmage who hired Varamir through letter, asking him to come to the Carnival to discuss a possible job offer, and telling him to bring allies.
He wants the party to find out what happened to an acquaintance of his, Zybilna, since she has stopped answering to his letters. She lives in the fey domain of Prismee, and he knows there is a Fey Crossing hidden somewhere in the Carnival but he hasn't been able to find it yet.
