Rosen Empire
The Rosen Empire was the first civilised country to be founded within the Kodio Region, who enslaved most of the races they came across, most of there records date the Empire to have stated with the First Mortal King.
Structure
The Emperor holds most of the power within the Empire with a minor few of his most trusted friends and advisers having the rest.
Public Agenda
The Rosen Empire are openly racist and have plans to make the human race the most dominate race in the Region by the way of a Grand Conquest.
Assets
The Empire has vast amount of Platinum to its name and is able to field nearly half a million troops at a single time. Each City within the Empire has a standerd fleet of warships protecting them from blockades at all times however some of their ship may be called to service by the Empire when requested by the Emperor or the High Admiral if necessary.
History
Most of the Historical documents within the Capital can date the Empire back to the rise of the First Mortal king. However there is not much other documentation from that time period.
Demography and Population
Most of the population with in the Empire are humans, the rest are none humans but the majority have been enslaved by the Empire unless they are mercenaries or on diplomatic mission in to the Empire.

Judicial Body
Any military personal can carry out punishment to civilians but if some one from the military needs punishment than there will need to be a tribunal to come to the consultation if they have done wrong or not, most of the time the military personnel get away with the crime without punishment.
