Transitive Planes
in PlanesTransitive planes exist "between" other planes of existence, usually serving primarily as passageways from one plane to another. The most famous of these is the Astral Plane, which mortals must pass through after their Death in order to reach whichever Outer Plane they are to spend their afterlife in.
