Amadeus mentioned that there are rumors of a plan to kill Moon Plague patients in order to prevent it from spreading. Later, however, Memento Ipsum had yelled Respect, the king of Esma, and gotten him to directly work with her and Amadeus in order to try and teach the people to coexist.
