The Game of Orbs

The Game of Orbs is one of the Training Games involved in Ragnarok. In this event, all teams are given a small black orb and placed in some battlefield. Usually, though not always, the battlefield itself is drawn from the memories of one of the participants. When one participant slays another they absorb the deceased - possessions and all - into their orb.
When any team collects enough fallen opponents (usually 15, but this also varies based on the number of participants), that team is declared the winner. Members of that team are granted one wish each. Traditionally these wishes are used to advance the goals of the winning team's associated faction, though sometimes they are used for personal gain.
