The Age of Coalescence

The Age of Coalescence is the era immediately following The Age of Mortality. This age is still ongoing, and so some details remain unknown. Unlike in previous ages, the effects of the Form began manifesting in only a couple of decades.  This in stark contrast to earlier ages, in which this began only after 5-7 centuries.  Some known effects of this age are:

• Moon Plague, a condition not-quite-curse and not-quite-disease
• Various planes in The multiverse are merging together, with a proliferation of transition zones
