Phillipus Montgomery

Phillipus is an Aasimar hailing from Esma who arrived in Sigil with his daughter Eden Montgomery. He has the Moon Plague and his daughter was implicated in the death of Cyrci during Session 9: Jane and Cyrci. He and his daughter were subsequently arrested.
He still lives in Sigil to this day, and he mostly does odd jobs around the city.  He is saving up to buy a building in the Temple District to dedicate to The Moonlight Covenant.
