Lucileastil
Lucileastil is the coastal Capital city of Milcia. It is a large and active city, and yet the streets are not as populated as one would normally expect for a settlement of this size. The city currently faces significant economic hardship. These tough times are not a failing of the local government but instead due to the fact that Milcia's various trade partners are all facing problems of their own. Esma is currently limiting border travel and trade due to the Moon Plague. Its neighbors across the river, Forsania and Montia, are engaged in warfare with one another. Even Ichia, across the sea to the south, is still recovering from severe natural disasters.
Despite their economic isolation, however, the residents have found a way to make do. The people are often nervous and idle, and yet there is still enough money flowing into the city from Fresh Start Soul Traders that the residents are able to maintain luxurious lifestyles. They pay high rates to anyone who can deliver goods such as art, furniture, and foreign delicacies.
