Drummer

Drummer was a noble white-feathered kenku serving under Penguin.  He served with considerable distinction during Penguin's attack on Avernus, personally leading the front lines.  Drummer's forces were pivotal in the fight to bring about Penguin's Ascension, and he is highly regarded among his brethren.  He was chosen by Penguin as a representative for his species to attempt to go get elected in the Elemental Plane of Air.  His intention was to ascend to the throne and use his newfound power to allow kenku to return to the Elemental Plane of Air and enjoy equal status among the current aarakocran residents.
