Cornelius Humperdink
Cornelius Humperdink, is a halfling living in Sigil. He has an unhealthy relationship with Skein, but still manages to operate a popular pigeon-based messaging post. He has a large black afro that also doubles as a nest for his pigeon named Larry. Strangely, Cornelius claims that Larry came to him all on his own, and was already wearing a name tag at the time.
